About me
I've spent my career in two very different worlds - building and social work. The more time I spent in both, the more I realised how much people needed someone who could speak both languages. Choice Home Modifications is that person. 🩷
I'm Clare Coy. I've sat with families in family violence services, sexual assault support, hospitals, oncology, palliative care, and disability - supporting people through some of life's hardest moments, including navigating aged care transitions when staying home was no longer possible. And I've spent a decade in residential construction learning how to build homes that genuinely work for the people living in them.
I work with NDIS participants, families supporting older loved ones who want to stay home, and private clients who just want the job done properly by someone they trust. Whatever your situation - NDIS, aged care package, or self-funded - I work with you, your OT, and your support team to get it right.
